OCPD Posts: We got a special delivery of toys for our Holiday Toy Drive yesterday! Jake Shaffer recently celebrated his 10th birthday and chose to donate the gifts he received to families in need. Many Worcester County children will have a great Christmas thanks to him. Thanks Jake!

Howard County LODD Nathan Flynn

Our deepest sympathies go out to the family and friends of Howard County Firefighter Nathan Flynn, who was killed in the line of duty while operating at a 7-Alarm house fire in Clarksville, MD early this morning. We are keeping Howard County, as well as Flynn's Volunteer Departments, in our thoughts during this difficult time.
35 Year Anniversary

Today we remember an Ocean City hero that was tragically lost in the line of duty on today's date in 1983. Jeffrey Dieter became trapped in the Saute Cafe while battling a fire in North Ocean City. May he continue to watch over us on every call.
