Firuz Etemad joined OCFD in April of 2018 as an Associate Member.  He is currently working on his Bachelor's Degree in Fire, Arson, and Explosions Investigations at Eastern Kentucky University, where he is the Public Relations Officer for AFST.  He is also a volunteer firefighter at Jacksonville Fire Department in Baltimore County, MD and a Lieutenant at Kirksville Fire Department in KY.
