Christine Bennett was hired by the Ocean City Fire Department in 2018 and currently serves as the Volunteer Retention and Recruitment Coordinator. 

Christine started her career with Good Will Fire Company in New Castle, DE, as a Cadet at the age of 15.  She earned her Pro-Board Firefighter I & II certifications as well as NR-EMT.  She graduated magna cum laude with two Associate Degrees from Delaware Technical Community College in Fire Science, and Fire Protection Engineering.  Christine previously worked as an Administrative Assistant/ Firefighter/ EMT for Minquadale Fire Company in New Castle, DE.
