Crew Competition

Ocean City Fire Department held its annual Crew Competition on Tuesday, October 9, 2018. The Platoons participated in three mock scenarios; a simulated second floor fire, a first floor Carbon Monoxide emergency with victims, and a construction equipment accident with victims. Each senario had a set of tasks the crews had to complete, such as, raising ladders, forcing doors, placing equipment in service, and bringing tools to the roof. Penalty time was added for any tasks not completed.
