Townhouse Fire - Ocean Village Lane

The Ocean City Volunteer Fire Company responded to

a late night fire which heavily damaged three townhouses in the Ocean Village Townhouse complex in West Ocean City. The fire was reported at 23:27 on April 13, 2005 by an occupant of one of the units involved in the fire. Townhouse units 4, 5, and 6 located at 9701 Village Lane, Ocean City, Maryland 21842 suffered heavy fire damage. Firefighters from the Ocean City Volunteer Fire Company responded to the scene and were assisted in the extinguishment of the fire by firefighters from Berlin, Bethany Beach, Showell, and the Ocean Pines Volunteer Fire Companies. Firefighters remained on the scene for approximately three hours. No injuries were reported.
